The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill on amendments to the laws “On Fish, other Water Living Resources and Food Produce from them” and “On Safety and Quality of Food Products” re issuance of vet documents

The bill (Reg. No. 2202a) establishes that sale of fishing food products and domestic circulation of crude foodstuff of animal origin, produced by economic entity, as well as end product of animal origin for human consumption should be carried out given the declaration of manufacturer and not a vet certificate or vet note, as stipulated by the applicable provisions.

The document was elaborated with a view to exclude unnecessary procedures from the legislatively established order of food products circulation.
